I'm a beginner at working out, or it's been a long time, will I be able to do this program?
Absolutely! We modify movements to every person’s fitness level. Whether it’s your first time, or hundredth time, stepping foot into Rec Shop Training Facility, you are sure to get a workout that is programmed just for your capabilities.
What can I expect on my first day at the gym?
You will be greeted, introduced & given a walk through of our facility. The Coach running the class will walk you through our warm up, guide you through the workout, lead the cool down, and answer any questions you may have during and after the class. They will also schedule a free assessment if not done so already. We will show you how to sign up for our classes & give any pointers we noticed during your first class.
Am I too young, or too old, for this program?
Nope! Our Programs are designed to fit anyone, at any fitness level. From beginners to the avid workout lovers, you’ll find a Fitness Option that will fit your needs at Rec Shop Training Facility. However, we do recommend 16 years old and over to begin our Group Fitness Classes.

Saturday: 7am, 9am
